Welcome to the official website of the Rotaract Clubs of Rotary International District 3800! We are a group of young professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities.
Our district, also known for its namesake as The Resilient District, is located in Metropolitan Manila, Philippines. We are divided into 8 zones, covering the cities of Malabon, Navotas, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, and the Province of Rizal.
